Research Experience

Research Assistant, Rates of Diversification Radiations of Murine Rodents - 2022 to present

Manages progression of an NSF-funded project investigating the evolution of Southeast Asian murine rodents. Uses Avizo, Dragonfly, 3DSlicer, and Geomagic to create 3D models of X-Ray CT-scanned specimens in the XRCT Lab at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.

Stable Isotope Dietary Research in Extant Primates - 2021 to present

Designed and is currently executing a project investigating the dietary ecology of several species of living primates. N.C. Tappen Collection, Dept. of Anthropology, UMN

Miocene Field Research, Contexts of Early Hominoid Evolution - summer 2023

Participated in the recovery of early Miocene fossils as part of UMN’s McNulty Lab in Koru, Kenya. Assisted with field surveys, fossil screening, fossil identification, and specimen cataloging.
