Youth Paleo Talks & Workshops
Science communication and youth outreach are huge priorities for me as an early-career academic. During the school year, I work at the Bell Museum of Natural History in the Twin Cities as a student facilitator working with student groups and other visitors.
To me, communicating scientific information to public audiences is critical to ensuring a brighter future for all of us. To do my part, I have started designing and facilitating my own paleontology lessons and workshops for younger student audiences.
My aim is to teach younger students about paleontology and anthropology, and show them that they too can become scientists one day!
